Have recently started going here to get SNS nails done, as I have moved to the area from South. I cannot fault them. They actually know how to do nails and I’ve had my nails on for two weeks and they are still perfect. Usually I need to get my nails done fortnightly as they crack. Photo below are my nails are two weeks (only grown out- my nails grow super quick)Awesome service and more importantly the salon is clean.You have a long time customer in me!Keep up the great job!

The young girls are really detailed accommodating and friendly - they know the rare skill of listening. The owner is not great at any of this and unfortunately I can't take the risk anymore that she will be my technician when I go in. The only time my nails chip is if she does them. She does not do a proper manicure and nails never filed smoothly and always still dirty at the end!! She thinks she knows it all. Maybe 10 times she's told me I can't have them short and I've heard her tell this to other clients also but never seems to be an issue with the other girls. I can't have any extended nails due to combat sports and she just won't listen. Shame....all complaints seem to be for her not the girls so maybe would be an idea for her to focus on reception and business and not hands on seen how she isn't very varied,skilled and definitely doesn't seem to enjoy it.

Very rushed pedicure shellac - foot Massage was a couple of minutes and just my foot and ankles. $50 for 25mins and most of that was the painting. It wasn’t a pamper experience at all. I left feeling quite ripped off.

Amazing experience and great price! 110% would come again!

Had the pleasure of Lucy doing my nails, she was so informative about the state of my nails and what would work better for me to strengthen them. Not to mention the amazing manicure and design I left with! Definitely will be my new local! Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place as it was recommended by a friend as another neighbourhood nail spot I could easily pop into. However, the main lady that did my nails was extremely rough, rushed the manicure and what was meant to be a relaxing experience was super stressful. I also didn’t get the desired result I wanted for my nails. It was a pretty upsetting end to a good day. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

A very unpleasant experience. I asked for my acrylics soaked off and they absolutely hacked off my real nails and didn't do the correct job I needed. They then rudely refused to give correct loyalty stamp and discount to my sister and I who where also paying cash. All of this while having a snobby attitude.

The absolute worst service and experience I have ever had. Not even one star does it for me the young girl was the rudest person I’ve ever come across with providing a service. I wanted a pedicure and all she did was file the top of my toe nails with the machine then filed the top for two seconds then attempted to start scrubbing I said no do it properly then argued with me about it to the point of telling me to shut up yelling over the top of me and forcing me to pay before the service was finished. I offered to pay $10 to leave and not bother about it and she went psycho saying she would report me to the police even though I just wanted to leave and was offering $10 just for running the water. I asked for a different lady as thjs young girl who also claims that she is the OWNER which I don’t believe but if she is it makes it even worse but I had to stay as I was forced to pay full price and sit here uncomfortably and I had to receive the worst “pedicure” I’ve ever had. She also then took photos and videos of me on her phone without my permission and I had to literally yell at her and remind her it’s illegal to do that to make her delete them. I don’t know who she thinks she is but I would never ever give this salon my business or recommend to anyone. Absolutely ruined my day. Disgusting person disgusting salon. She also tried to put me in a dirty chair where the foot basin had clearly just been used there was old water and skin chunks in it. I’m absolutely outraged and shouldn’t have been forced to stay. DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON YOUR TIME OR MONEY. DISGUSTING.

Went in for a polish removal & nail cut and filing. Initial charge agreed was $15. Then the lady whom i believe could be the owner, while doing my nails said she’ll charge me $20 with buffing. Sweet i thought. But no buffing was done. Apparently her idea of buffing was a simple swipe under the nails after cutting which is pretty standard everywhere else. I can’t stand businesses like this who try to overcharge customers. Google buffing nails & educate yourself. Owner lacks courtesy & good service. Talks to customers like she’s having a bad day/annoyed with us. Never going there again.
