I requested online a facial and back massage for my sister who resides in York. Sharon the Principal Therapist at The Jasmine Room answered my call and was extremely supportive and inquired, first if my sister has any allergies, as her products are hand made and adaptable for any given allergy. As a qualified Beauty Therapist myself, I felt very confident in Sharon's expertise due to the questions Sharon was asking. This confirmed to me that Sharon knows her products, is very protective of potential treatments for individual clients and is dedicated to an individualized treatment program. I do highly recommend The Jasmine Room and Sharon's expertise including her ability to build a customized skin care program for anyone in the local area that has time to visit Sharon at the Jasmine Room. Sharon is the most caring person with attention to detail and hygiene and is so down to earth. The time she spent getting my pedicure perfect was amazing. I will be a regular client now for sure!

Came away from my facial feeling absolutely relaxed and my skin rejuvenated. My skin was feeling awful and Sharon plumped it back into fine condition with care and her own, personally developed ointments and scrubs. When things open up again, make this a go to option; we're all going to need some care! And local business will need your support!
