Alicia is basically the personal trainer you need for your skin. She is superbly knowledgeable, personable and professional. Her treatments are relaxing for you and rejuvenating for your skin. The products she recommends are absolute miracle workers - I've been using the Environ range, and with Alicia's guidance (I didn't know night skin routines were so important, I thought I'd just rub the product off on my pillow. I didn't know what a toner does and if I need one - apparently, I don't) I have noticed an incredible difference. My pores are tighter, the small wrinkles I'm starting to notice post 30th birthday are going back from whence they came. I am genuinely surprised at how quickly and drastically my skin has improved. Alicia's explanations, suggested routines and openness about what products would suit, and unwillingness to upsell for her own profit by selling things you don't need are all just more proof of how fantastic she is at her craft.
